Pass-thru bath between two bedrooms
Well, I mis-spoke a bit in the video above.
This video was made before finding the solution to the hall bath issues.
Turns out that there was adequate water pressure. The shower head was indeed clogged — imagine that.
The sink faucet needed a new aerator and both sink handle valves were clogged to a degree.
Plumber wanted $$ thousands $$ to install new valves, pipe joints and hardware in the shower wall. I fixed the leaks in the shower handles by replacing the valve stems and seats.
Total was about $50, including the purchase of a valve stem tool.
This is just a public service ad describing the internals of a single shower valve stem and its seat, and how to remove/install it.
