Looking at the Air Conditioner
The Air Conditioner Began Spurting Water
Since I’ve never had any experience with air conditioners, at least as an adult, I simply had to look and see what’s going on.
As it turns out, all is well with the air conditioner.
That water spurting out is completely normal, as that is how the unit expels any accumulated condensation during usage.
We contacted Ashley Heating & Air, the company who installed the system, and had them come out and do an inspection and tune-up on both the furnace and the AC.
Since their records indicated that the system had not been serviced since 2019, it seemed like a wise idea to have the inspection done prior to using the heater for the season.
And so we did.
Their inspection and tune-up was very comprehensive.
Below is a breakdown of their inspection, and the results:
One Time Precision Tune Up of Furnace and A/C
